Where the flavors come from
A good base can carry an unexpected idea.
Taro and coconut. Earl Grey and blueberry. These aren't stunts — they're what happens when the dough is reliable enough to experiment on. We test a flavor until it tastes like it always belonged there, then it joins the twelve.
