The dough
Soft in the middle. Always.
One recipe, tuned over years, that stays moist and melts in your mouth. Everything else we make is built on top of it.
The base
A good base can carry a strange idea.
Earl Grey and blueberry sounds like a mistake until you eat one. So does taro and coconut. They work because the dough underneath them is the same dough every time — soft, gooey, and stable enough to hold a flavour without falling apart around it.
That is the whole trick. We got the base right first, then started arguing about what to fold into it.
Twelve flavours, one dough.
How it's made
Four steps, none of them skipped.
The base
One dough, mixed the same way every time — soft, gooey, built to stay that way after it cools. Every flavour starts here.
The flavour goes in
Nutella, taro, Earl Grey, crushed cookie. Folded through by hand so you get it in every bite instead of one lucky corner.
Into the oven, after you order
Nothing is baked in advance. We bake Tuesday to Friday and ask for two days' notice so your tray is the one coming out of the oven.
Boxed the same day
Cooled, boxed, and out the door — local delivery across West Houston from $10 on orders over $36, or shipped nationwide with a printed gift card if it's a gift.
Freshness
Seven days, in the wrapper.
Cookies baked to order do not need preservatives to survive the trip. Kept in their original wrapping they stay soft for a full week — which is why we can ship them across the country and why a box that arrives on Thursday is still good on the following Tuesday.
