We bake Tuesday to Friday and ask for two days' notice. Local delivery runs 11am–5pm across West Houston. Everywhere else, we ship with UPS — cookies stay fresh for 7 days in their original wrapping.

Delivered between 11am and 5pm, or handed to UPS the same day it is baked.

How much notice do you need?
Two days. We bake Tuesday to Friday, and your order goes in the oven after it's placed — never before. Choose your delivery date in the cart.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Local deliveries arrive between 11am and 5pm on your chosen day. If you require a specific delivery time please message us and we will set it up.
How does local delivery work?
Deliveries are contactless. We leave your order at your doorstep and let you know it's there by doorbell or knock, plus an email and a text.
Is there a minimum order for local delivery?
Yes — $36. Below that, we'll ship your order with UPS instead. The cart tells you which one applies once you enter your ZIP.
When will my shipped order arrive?
We ship Tuesday to Friday with UPS. We can't guarantee a specific arrival date, but Ground orders usually follow standard UPS transit times from Houston.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Seven days, kept in their original wrapping. That's what the dough is built for — they arrive as soft as they left.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Carrier systems can take up to 24 hours to start showing tracking data.
Does the carrier deliver on weekends?
UPS doesn't deliver on Sundays, and Saturdays depend on the destination.
What if I typed the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. We ship to the address as provided and can't replace cookies sent to a wrong or mistyped address.
What if nobody's home?
Keep an eye out for your package so your cookies don't get melted, frozen, or meet some other unwanted fate. We aren't responsible for items left unattended once they've been delivered.
What if my ZIP isn't on the local list?
Then we ship to you instead — anywhere in the country. If you're close to one of the routes, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can drive it.
