Family-owned, West Houston, since 2019
Cookies didn't have to be ordinary.
That was the whole idea in 2019 — a family bake shop in West Houston, working on one dough until it was worth arguing about. It's still what we are: small-batch, scratch-made, and stubborn about it.
Our familyOur story
Still the same family kitchen.
Dough Digger started in 2019 with a simple idea: cookies didn't have to be ordinary. What began as a family-owned bake shop in West Houston grew into a small-batch cookie business known for flavors you won't find anywhere else — Earl Grey Blueberry, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Sea Salt Nutella.
Every cookie starts from scratch. Our signature soft, chewy dough is made in small batches — not mass-produced — and mixed with real ingredients instead of shortcuts. It's the kind of care that's hard to find outside a family kitchen, which in a lot of ways is exactly what we still are.
Today we deliver across West Houston and ship nationwide for everyone else who's heard about us and wants in. Dough Digger is more than just cookies — it's proof a small, family-run bakery can compete with anyone, one batch at a time.
What we hold to
Four things we don't bend on.
Scratch, every time
Real ingredients, mixed here. No pre-made dough, no shortcuts we'd be embarrassed to explain.
Baked after you order
Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for a buyer. Two days' notice, then your tray goes in.
Flavors nobody else has
Earl Grey and blueberry. Taro and coconut. If it's on the list it earned its place.
Delivered by us
Across West Houston we drive it ourselves. It's slower to scale and better for the cookies.
